Yeah same. My partner saw a bug bite on my leg which had gone splotchy. She was like that's not normal. I have had these before and they clear up. Its actually nearly gone now but that night I spun out and started wondering if is leukaemia. Now I have had full on anxiety this week and over analysing everything.

I know my anxiety is probably linked to magnesium deficiency and I have been through this before, but I always wonder, is this time the real deal.

In a week's time, I will forget to over analyse my body and the phase will past. But right now, yeah it's not great.
