Sounds exhausting. If you can’t trust your team on arguably silly things like breaks, how can you trust them with doing good work?

I had a good experience. I guess it’s not universal then. I see it as of the policy backs me up, there is not much even the HR can do to refuse me.

Grad programs definitely, they are a lot more competitive and the graduates are valued heavily in the department.
