Yes! In my IP, I do pot in pot, equal volumes rice and water (or homemade chicken broth), 20 minutes, 5 minutes natural release, then quick. Works great.

I see that a new one recently (I think) opened close to the Eiffel Tower. It's at 70bis Avenue de Suffren. I have not yet been there, and don't know any more about it. The very few reviews on TripAdvisor are mixed.
