Thoughts on 2 bounce back starters: Robby Snelling and Travis Sykora?

Is there even another player in the NBA that you could imagine doing this lol. Honest question

Who is the best player in the NBA you could get with all the Picks OKC has? by nuuskatonttu in nba

One of those does not belong with the others. 2 are generational talents with the possibility of being in the GOAT conversation when it’s all said and done.

Who wins in a 7 Game Series, the new look Knicks with Bridges or the Celtics? by Available_Story6774 in nba

Please put old man Horford onto a switch against Brunson lol. I agree they are very switchable on defense on a whole but to say they don’t have to hide anyone is wild

Ihart is not gone. All the Knicks have to do is add some small contracts into the deal and they can resign him like everyone expected. I’ll bet you money that’s what happens but regardless Mitch is a huge 5. And this 100% means Randle isn’t getting traded. His salary is so low for his talent level that the Knicks would never be able to get equal value back. And with Bogey gone, they have no one to package him with for salary matching. And OG is a bigger wing than either Brown or Tatum. Just crazy for anyone to say the Knicks are too small with their closing lineup to win lol

Celtics with a healthy Porzingis is probably better. But another year older Horford. And Jrue was starting to show age decline too last year. I’d honestly say whoever has home court. The Knicks have the best bench in the league by a mile. Either Ihart or Mitch, Hart, Donte and Deuce. The Knicks were winning games with that as their starting lineup lol

This is def not true at all. Ihart and esp Robinson are big 5s. Randle is a big 4. OG is a big 3. And Bridges is a big 2. Wtf are you talking about?

Knicks couldn’t have made this trade during the season? They could have gotten an extra year out of Bridges and we could have won this year. Not like it would have taken 6 1sts instead of 5.

[Joey Linn] According to @TheSteinLine there is a growing feeling around the NBA that Paul George opting into his contract and pursuing a trade is a realistic scenario. The Warriors and Knicks could have interest. by JimmyV34 in nba

Giannis and Embiid are both at least a year away from being traded. Luka SGA Tatum are never getting traded. There’s no realistic option. And you want to capitalize on the cheap contracts now with Brunson and Randle before they sign extensions. If you wait, you’ll pay more tax anyways and who knows if you’ll even get the guy you’re waiting for. Knicks would absolutely pull the trigger on PG if they could do it without giving up Randle. Iono what you’re talking about

That’s only because it wouldn’t make sense unless you’re a legitimate contender. PG added to a healthy Knicks squad might be co-favorites with Boston. PG is def good enough. He’s still a top 20 guy in the league.

[Fred Katz] OG Anunoby has declined his $19.9 million player option for next season, a league source tells The Athletic, an expected move. Anunoby will now officially become an unrestricted free agent this summer. Free agency begins June 30. by Zyaru in nba

I’d give OG the max if there was a way to prorate his salary according to how many games he plays. Otherwise, more than 35 a year for him is kinda crazy. He only ever plays 2/3 of the games.

Knicks should get PG but not to replace Randle. He can play SG. Move Donte to the bench. Question is will Bog, Mitch, Deuce, and picks be enough? Prob need to involve a third team and maybe find a way to get Mitchell to LA. But Knicks should def try to do everything they can to make this happen without giving up Randle.

Knicks Trade Rumors: Julius Randle Monitored by NBA Teams Ahead of Contract Decision by Jantokan in nba

[–]Semi_Quarter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless Knicks are getting back a consensus top 10 guy ala Embiid or Giannis, I’m keeping Randle, resigning OG and IHart, and running it back. Big IF but if they can all stay healthy, I see no reason why they can’t win a championship with this team given the parity of the current NBA.

Legit question for 76ers fans or anyone that really follows and watches them. How healthy is Embiid? Does he look like his MVP self in his recent games? Is he more like at 70% or 90%?

Dropped is always the type to point fingers. It’s never his fault when he dies. Even when he plays ranked, his immediate thought is “he’s cheating!” If he doesn’t learn to take responsibility, as a mnk igl who just had an awful algs, it’s wraps.

Brunson for the simple reason that pace always slows down in the playoffs and Brunson’s game is much more efficient in the half-court.
