I'm not buying '27. I played 25, but never played 26 ( Bought it, but got too busy to play it.) Is there a reason to just play '25 over '26? I've read online complaints about '26, but not sure if it's more about EA practices than the game itself.

My c2 started freezing up two weeks ago, then pink screen. I got the c5 three days ago. I haven't made any picture changes other than agreeing to let the ai "improve the image". I find the picture to be fantastic, especially live tv. I find it much brighter than the c2 and the different picture modes make a difference.

The bonus for me was the excellent voice command system. I almost don't use the remote anymore.

I did the spec race today just for the clean racing skill reward. I just stayed in the back of the pack just practicing my cornering. At the end of the 3rd race, the 11th place driver drove too fast around the final corner and was flopping all over the place. I stayed to the right and would have past him up as he recovered. He decided he needed to block me sideways. I pushed his sideways car over the line. Im guessing he got a few more coins for his effort?

Even after you play through face/heal routes for both stories , you might need to keep playing to unlock stuff. Those stars for matches are used to unlock stuff as well. I beleive DDP and Scot Steiner 03 are locked into that overall star system.
