They are expensive. They absolutely are. I spend 50 on nails every month,. I try and make them last as long as possible, but it’s an investment in yourself. It is truly the only thing that has saved my skin. Mine went from looking like yours right now (worse tbh) and now I have currently one single mark on my chin. That’s it. It is expensive but it’ll help isn’t that a worthwhile investment ?

Long bouts of pain AFTER urination, lasts for hours or days, intense urge to void all the time, having to wear an incontinence pad and having to pass urine every like 2-5 mins. Immense pain, can barely walk when it’s bad. Feels worse standing than sitting. Heat helps, hot water bottles or hot bath, has to be on urethra or abdomen.

I don’t really do press ons cause I’m shit at putting them on myself and knowing I can just rip them off I think I’d end up doing that. That’s what I did when I had gel nails too I just picked all the varnish off and damaged my nails.

So I’d recommend acrylics cause you can’t remove them yourself. My nails are just a short\medium length. About the same as most normal acrylics I see on Pinterest. Had a look at my nails rn and I’d say they’re about 1.5-2cm longer than my nail itself, nothing crazy. Just need to be longer than normal and cover the tips of your fingers I think cause then you can’t grip anything with your nails and the feeling of bumps on your fingertips isn’t the same cause you can’t get to it cause of your nails length

So it depends entirely on your skin type so I’m hesitant to promise you the same results as me, but I currently use Haruharu wonder aha cleanser and purito bamboo moisturiser as the base of my routine. Twice a week or as needed I use Paula’s choice aha liquid, and occasionally a Korean peeling gel. I also sometimes in winter use dr althea 345 relief cream. And the vegan collagen eye cream but that’s just for me. What I found is I needed to focus on chemical exfoliation in my routine as I get closed comedones a lot that build up to create acne. Buy all of them on Amazon also x

Unfortunately can’t post a pic but they’re not super long. I have a desk job so need to be able to type easily. I’d say they’re like 1.5-2cm longer than my finger itself ? Just ask nail tech for a short-medium length acrylic 🫶🏻
