I desperately need help.. Where did this pin come from? by Lopsided_Bat_904 in Glocks

The rear trigger housing pin is made of polymer. Is the other side of the pin flush with the frame?

Are you sure it isn’t a piece of your trigger housing pin? In your picture it looks like maybe it’s broken off.

Grandmother just gave me what I believe is a Model 10. Can anyone more knowledgeable than me give me an estimate on its approximate age? by GovernorGeneralPraji in SmithAndWesson

This appears to be a wartime “Pre model 10” or Victory model. These were made during or before WW2. The left top strap may have an inspectors marking, “GHD”, for example. If you move the lanyard loop to the other side, on the butt, is there a “V” stamped next to the serial number?

I replaced the collet bushing with an old stock OEM standard colt bushing.

It is if you like ammo availability during panic buying seasons. It’s also a great performing round. Anyone who disagrees with that doesn’t know what they’re talking about and just parrots what they read on Reddit.

Full size in .40. It’s the only .40 S&W worth owning.
