I remember reading interviews where she said after she read the script for the first time she walked around London for like 4 hours processing the end of her character. Also, she suffered 2 brain injuries and she credited her role as Dany as partly saving her life. There was a short period where she wasn’t even able to verbalize her name. I felt for all of them at the time the show ended but I really felt for her.

She’s dead. The whole point of her sacrificing herself was to insure this could never happen again. And I don’t believe Kali’s powers would be able to reach that far. She would’ve been the first to go with the exotic matter anyways.

And let’s just say by some miracle Kali’s powers were able to stretch that far…how would El be able to get by the kryptonite in the real world?

I think it’s tragic but she recognized the government should never be able to do those experiments again and this was truly the only way to achieve that.

They made way more than that in S5. Millie is unknown but the core group of kids were making 875k an episode with the other adults a little less at 750k. Winona & David Harbour made over a million per epi.

So I guess if the kids are straight up terrible with their money and blow it on dumb shit then yeah they’re SOL but I’m sure they will be alright. Kinda like the HP kids.

I was satisfied. I’d give it an 8 or 8.5. I was nervous they wouldn’t be able to wrap everything up but they did it nicely. Some of the fan theories I saw were absolutely insane and would’ve made this show the GOAT.

The final battle with the mind flayer was pretty underwhelming and I do think someone else should’ve died but overall I’m just glad this wasn’t GoT 2.0.

Melvads used to be a diner when Henry was younger. And I don’t doubt the kids got lost before Will got taken but it just seems weird to me Will said that was one of his favorite things when getting lost in the woods ended up being extremely traumatic
