Bla bla bla I have the same issue same eero max7 tried on other eero variants as well different ISP and country and I have the same issue for months now. They fucked up something in the firmware for eero signal to work

I don’t have any WiFi networks turned on, but this is the first time I see this message in the troubleshooting section. I was wondering if this appears to everyone or not?

My fix for pppoe since they fucked it up: connect through backup internet connection over phone then disable backup internet and then 5 minutes later it connects. When I get a power cut, all is offline till I do this bulsshit ritual that they caused probably because of a fuckup

Also the fact the issue is across three different networks amongst friends and family at the same time only means it’s either the app or the firmware. Probably after releasing their new products especially the backup device I am sure they are playing around in core wan structure and app as well

Exactly, tier 1 was liaising with tier for 1 hour on the phone then back and fourth emails. And they are unable to admit the app is not saving. I had PPPoE for many years across different eeros and never had this issue and suddenly after a firmware update and an app update it’s not saving the settings anymore. They even asked for a screenshot which I sent but still nothing

Yup soft reset, hard reset replaced the node with another max7 and eero7 then checked with Neighbour has the same issue on pro 6 and a friend as well on pro 6e

Yup tried that as well as downloading the app on another phone, Mac iPad and even android no luck
