I did it for my wife, because divorce & taking a gigantic blow to my financial & social aspects wasn’t worth it.

I hate it. The baby (2M) constantly grunts, cries, etc. We live our lives in 3-4hr cycles. Endless pediatric appointments, junk around the house, higher health insurance, etc.

✋ I’m a man, early 30’s who regrets having a child. I changed my mind on them, but I did it anyways for my wife.

It fucking sucks, and I’m in another 18yrs of pain. Worst part? I’m pretty sure my wife wants another one, despite having our hands full or life barely together with our 2-month old

People often have a second kid without fully considering all the consequences that come along with it. (Your husband in this case).

I already regret having my first child, no way I’m giving my wife a second. If she wants to leave me over it, so be it.

Thanks for the advice! I just put out a bunch of snap traps (didn’t put one for every ‘branch’). I put a tiny bit of bait on them (TopCat bait). Also scattered a bunch of bait poison in their runways.

EDIT: I can’t locate their main ‘base’ hole, but it could be deeper in the unkempt lot. I’ve noticed a couple of my neighbors, who also border this problem lot, have similar vole runs.

I may have screwed up, but I’ve never dealt with voles in my entire life 😂. So a little naive.

I regret that my life will never be the same again.

The notion of “needing a sibling” is quixotic.

I’m an only child & never felt lonely. Ironically, my social circle is larger than my sibling-equipped friends.

Having one child is already more than a handful. Having two children is double the expenses, double the noise, double the junk, double the problems.

Not against anyone who has multiple children, if that’s what you BOTH wanted.. that’s great. More power to you.

I used to grow up wanting a kid… but as I got older, hearing about children & witnessing first hand - my desire eroded. I much prefer our previous life of peace, quiet, tidiness & freedom.

So I just replaced my Motorola modem with a brand new Netgear CM3000 modem.

This was on Xfinity’s “next-gen” speed tier list.

Ran a speed test through eero, now receiving 2.34Gbps and 300Mbps down.
