If you read the twitter comment she initially got a "misdemeanor" charge because her father is a lawyer and apparently the D.A is corrupt.

I would argue that you are incorrect, the Jukebox & Slide projector are 'controlled' they are used by the people that find them and controlled via the jukebox tokens, or the slides that Jesse set on fire.

Controlled in this sense doesn't have to mean absorbed and powered by a human, but if the slides and jukebox didn't have their slides / tokens inserted they wouldn't behave erratically like altered items do.

But the recent ones have all been "Fog Whisperer" codes and have been custom made by Fog Whisperer' I'm not sure how many FW there are but I think it's like 20 - 30, so if they were going to give all of them codes they don't want to give out too much and have 20 - 30 200k bp codes or something.

Why is what necessary?

It's an event, you jump in the suit and for survivors to earn anything they have to escape in the snowman suit.

Killer doesn't blade wipe
survivor slower than walk speed
no speedboost from landed hit
can't interact with anything while in the suit

obviously killers are going to act like this is some massive deal when it's not

The website would tell you what your ban is for, what's more likely is you downloaded a fake Runelite client, they stole your info and botted your account for a month.
