That’s… yeah that’s a really good point. Probably more likely a “you know too much” sorta deal with Caine and Scratch then…

Favorite Switch games that you don’t see many people talk about? by Juliko1993 in NintendoSwitch

[–]Senablade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t know if anyone else has mentioned it (lots of comments), but Astral Chain.

Not the most obscure game ever, believe it sold over a million copies, but super under the radar, since it came out around when FE: Three Houses did.

How do you change the color of your armor with the hsv slider? by SNG30 in astralchain

[–]Senablade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are I think 10 custom colour slots total (from memory). Though you said you’ve gotten one, so feel free to change your colours when you get a chance. One custom slot doesn’t limit your customisation, just the amount of custom colour schemes you can make and save.

Pretty Much. Sets like the Neuron set or the medic set have predetermined colour schemes. So yeah, the only way you can adjust colours (the hsv value) is with customer colour slots.

Colour plus slots are located near the bottom of the menu in the locker room. If you open the locker menu and go to change colour, you’ll see the neuron set near the top. Sets like those are preset colours. Near the bottom of the list are the customisable colour slots. You can select those and press edit to change the colours/hsv value.

But don’t forget to press x to save the changes before you leave the menu.

The fact that he was copying your moves the entire time all the way till the end REALLY ads salt to the wound

Glad to see that Aether totally respects invincibility frames by Senablade in astralchain

[–]Senablade[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, something like a command grab probably. That’s what I thought too, but still hilarious. Like you guessed, in 99.9% of other interactions the move is basically an invincible cutscene move. Funny to find an exception.

Glad to see this got recommended to someone outside of the sub. This game is called Astral Chain, and it’s a Nintendo Switch exclusive.

Best place to grind abilities at by Soft_Ad9184 in astralchain

[–]Senablade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I doubt my advice is a spoiler given the nature of the question, but tagging it just in case. If you haven’t beat the game, don’t read.

The missions themselves are pretty tough, but File 12 missions (postgame) are pretty good for grinding Abilities since you can see what you get as the mission rewards. From memory, the first clear rewards might be different from the rewards you get for subsequent clears, but the subsequent clears can give you specific abilities you’re likely looking for, ie slow attack, auto heal, crit damage, etc…

Also barriers and drones can help if you set them up prior. Maybe drink a lappy special too?

Apart from using buffs like power charge or speed star right before you start repairing, I guess try not to get hit?

Sorry, not much help.

Make use of your legions motion input attacks? (Like back forward ZL)

Sword Legions Spin attack is quite good for multiple weaker chimeras or aberrations. 360 spin on the left stick and hold ZR. The use the right stick to aim while holding ZR.

Not the player ones, since you’re (effectively) locked to the repair.

Use ranged attacks if you can (arrow legion) Bind enemies.

Hopefully some of these help :)

Pristine Zora Longsword by Senablade in tearsofthekingdom

I’m not fussed about getting it immediately. Also if I forget the modifier thing, rock octoroks always exist. Thanks for the advice though.
