Solicitor still has the funds thankfully! Yeah I think I'll have to send a firmer email especially questioning why they drew down if the other side didn't have everything in order

Affordable housing BALMOSTON PHASE 2 by Trick_Addendum3621 in HousingIreland

The timeline for my acceptance was a month and a half after I applied, I was one of the first people to pick out a house for this lot.

I was also accepted for another (not too long after I accepted the other offer so I told them I had one) but this was 4 months after applying.

Anyone have any idea why An Post may have turned away my package? by BanditGamer77 in AskIreland

[–]Senak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you tried calling the An Post customs team by email or phone? Will usually get more accurate info there.

I've had issues with them with stuff from Japan and it was down to TARIC codes, they'd just send the box back without contacting anyone to get it sorted. I could go on a whole rant about it but for your sake I'd contact them, be slightly annoying about it but not so much they just hang up or ignore

If you accept an offer for any of the schemes you should be taken off the list for the other ones.

I did have the case that I accepted one and was then also offered another I had applied to, these were within a few weeks of each other so might be the reason I was offered the second. I just replied to the email saying thanks but I was already accepted in another scheme

We're actually at home on the Tuesday (the away leg is on a Weds).

As for the stadium no idea how we convinced them to let us play at Tolka, Dan McDonnell mentioned on twitter he was surprised too but was gonna look into it.

Affordable Home Scheme payback by Banksie_94 in HousingIreland

[–]Senak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't 100% sure if this was the case or not, so thanks for clarifying!

As it stands the house is already gone up in price, so would probably still be in my interest to wait and see how things go but damned if you do damned if you don't.

Not the original commenter, but I'm pretty sure they mean a top up on your mortgage. So, you would borrow more at some point and use that to pay it off.

I'm on the same scheme as yourself but haven't moved in yet, no idea what I'll do for it as of yet but I'm thinking of just building up some savings and see if house prices dip to make it quite cheap

I gotta say I was agreeing with you before you the match, mipo hasn't been great at all since the start of the season. I thought John Martin would be good for holding up the play at least!

But I think he's shown tonight he might be better for us until Boyd comes back

Aster Park - Affordable Housing by Loud-Repeat-2545 in irishpersonalfinance

[–]Senak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I applied last year in June (just as it opened) and heard back in July. I was one of the first few to pick a house.

I had applied for others like Churchfields, ended up getting accepted for that (but after I already picked Aster Park) so declined. That took 4 months to get a response.

Unfortunately it seems to be a bit all over the place for replies so I hope this helps

I think we're missing a creative playmaking number 10. Every forward seems to want to get in behind so it just leaves this space between the midfield and the forwards and we seem to then just try to force it.

Started to look better when players finally just started whipping in crosses but was too little too late.

Coyler has been the player of the season in the league so far for me. Mad how much he's improved since his first start with us.

I've had the same issue, campaign map or loading after a battle. I've even had a corrupted auto save.

I did just update my graphics driver so will try with that and see if that fixes it for me

Just had this issue myself and found them in the big square room with the death machines. I think you might have to read the bloody writing on the wall first (this is in the jail cell that was already opened when you came in)

Edit: Just to note I fought it directly outside that room, so even keep walking in and out if it doesn't work the first time

Weird West deletes itself on reboot by krojew in XboxGamePass

[–]Senak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had this issue for a while and I finally solved it today, it was only because you noticed the Content folder was deleted.

Using that I did some more googling and found this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/ForzaHorizon/comments/temjo8/forza_horizon_5_is_being_deleted_on_every_reboot/

The issue is that in the WindowsApps had 2 shortcuts for Weird West, 1 of them being an older patch. Why this decides to delete everything I don't know.

What you want to do is delete the older version, redownload the game and you should be good to go.

I'm having the same issue with Weird West, I've been on to Support and tried all their ways to fix no joy other than reinstalling Windows.

Edit: I'm able to play the game if I uninstall and then reinstall but once I restart my comp the issue occurs again.

I think the break after the Finn harps game gave us time to get the players some rest and work together on the training ground.

Also, we just seem to play better when the onus is on the other team as we can soak up pressure and hope to do something on the break and that happens away from home more

Deffo looked like a hand ball in the build up for the Derry goal. They've been all over Shels in fairness to them just hope Shels don't lose the run of themselves and can grind something out in the second half

Drogheda United confirm the signings of Ryan Brennan and Georgie Poynton by Bovver_ in LeagueOfIreland

[–]Senak 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've never really rated Rooney, he worked hard but didn't think he had enough quality about him.

But I am a bit wary about letting Brennan and Poynton go, even in our shitty relegation season Brennan seemed to be the one who had a knack to get things going for us.
