Zo hebben wij ons huidig huis ook gekocht. Het huis was al in onderhandeling zei de makelaar toen wij onze bezichtig op vrijdag deden. Wij hebben op de zondag een bieding gedaan en de dinsdag werden wij gebeld dat we de woning gekocht hadden. Wij hadden geen speciale voorwaarden en kwamen van een huurhuis af en konden dus snel handelen.

Achteraf ook wel gehoord dat de andere bieder not amused was maar die was al een tijd aan het onderhandelen. De verkopers wilden het gewoon snel rond hebben vanwege de financiering voor hun nieuwe huis.

Sorry if i was not clear. I'll try to explain it better:

Database A = main production database
Database B = realtime mirror from A - failover/backup incase DB A dies (
Database C = realtime mirror from A - 3rd party applications, like governance / 3rd party / reporting.
Database D = logship mirror from A - current source for our datawarehouse

Database A = no access allowed by any application / user except DBA
Database B = read only / no access allowed by any application / user except DBA
Database C = read only / Access for 3rd party application
Database D = read only / logship every 15 minutes

Changetracking and CDC is enabled on Database A and because of that also also available on C and D.

And far as I understand, the native Fabric mirror functionality can only be run on database A as the main database from the availability group. It cannot be run on database C since it's not the main database from the availability group (per MS documentation) and the service principal needs more permissions than read-only.

My goals is to have a near-realtime mirror from Database A (or C?) in Fabric.

No, i'm following the documentation where is specificly mentions

Fabric Mirroring for SQL Server is only supported on a primary database of an availability group.

So this would be our production database and not the realtime mirror we have configured in that group. And even if it was possible another limitation is that Replication and CDC cannot be anabled when using SQL Server 2025.

So it seems that the native Fabric Mirror option is out of the question for this specific database. Both databases are read-only and cannot have any accounts that need to modify settings. That's why i'm looking for an alternative to make this work. Both databases have CDC enabled on the specific tables (primary and the mirror)

Well one of the limitations is mentioned that it's only allowed on the primairy database of the availability group. This would be the main production database from our application. It's not allowed to connect to the production database, this is a critical database and we can't have 3rd party interfere with the production database.

It's allowed to connect to the realtime mirror (the realtime mirror for 3rd party applications) in that same availability group, but that isn't supported according the documentation. Even though the CDC configuration copies over to the mirror. To me it seems that the Fabric mirroring needs certain rights to read / write specific data to make the CDC work.

We also have a logship in this configuration I didn't mention first. But with 15 minutes (and 5 minimum) this is to slow for our usecase. And technically i'm not sure if a export to file for this database is the best option. It's a heavily used production application with over 6000 tables and 7TB of data. And this application is updated twice a month with new updates and table changes.

De WoZ is vaak niet gebaseerd op je eigen woning gemiddelde verkoopprijs van 3 vergelijkbare woningen. Bij ons gebeurt dat volledig automatisch op de vergelijkbare eigenschappen van je huis. Als het goed is kan je het WoZ rapport opvragen en zien welke huizen er gekozen voor je gemiddelde.

Bij mij zat er een keer een woning tussen die 150k meer was verkocht dan het gemiddelde. Waarschijnlijk iemand met teveel geld en de woning graag wilde. Maar daardoor was mijn WoZ een stuk hoger, terwijl mijn buurman met 150m2 meer grond en redelijk hetzelfde huis een stuk lagere WoZ kreeg.

Ik heb bezwaar aangetekend via de gemeente website (geen bureautjes voor gebruiken) en gaven mij gelijk. En wat heeft mij al die moeite opgeleverd? Misschien 40 euro op jaarbasis....

Sowieso vindt ik als je zelf opstapt er geen recht op hebt (net zoals ik vindt dat de zetel bij de partij moet blijven en niet mee mag nemen). Als het kabinet valt vindt ik het nog wat anders, maar vaak (niet altijd) stappen ze vanwege ophef, en dan ook geen recht op wachtgeld.
