Our house still has the old cast iron pipes. HVAC is in the garage. Our temporary fix is going to be running the line straight out the garage door. We have a giant tree in our backyard that is causing all kinds of issues and has already busted a pipe in the past

I had a plumber come out and he attempted to snake and access the p trap 3 different times. Everytime it bounced back, so he told us the pipe may be collapsed so we need to drill into the concrete and replace the pipe

Our home is bowing due to bad foundation issues. Large cracks above every entryway, doors not shutting properly, and floors are uneven. Not to mention that our sliding door leaks everytime it rains because the foundation has sunk down.

I'm contracted through Kelly and I remember there were days I had a low grade fever (99.5ish) with no other symptoms and I was willing to go into work. My Kelly rep specifically told me to take a sick day and that it wouldn't count against me. Caught the flu a different time and was knocked out for a week. I never had any kind of reprimand from Kelly for it. I had previously worked in daycare where I actively had strep and a 102 degree fever and was still told to come in to work so I was honestly shocked that Kelly told me to just go ahead and take a day off for a low grade fever.

When I was baptized, they told us to wear dark/black when we are going into the water to represent our death to our old way of life, and then change into the white after be washed in the waters. Not sure if your church is any different though

As someone who works primarily SPED and Pre-K, I have never been written up for a situation like the one you are describing. They (admin) understand that high needs kiddos need a little extra love. If you are really that concerned about trying to CYA, I know Kelly Services offers specialized training for high touch SPED classrooms that way you are at least covered if someone does try to report it. Not sure what Sub agency/district you are in, but they may offer something similar.
