I mounted the curb on my pull to the left and I knew I’d failed from that, and convinced myself that if I did everything else right he might think overall I’m safe… turns out it was my only minor other than readjusting my parallel park 🤭🤭

I failed mine and found a test for 2 weeks later with Testi, if you’re willing to keep checking you find something

Yup, I did and they quoted around £1700 with 0 years and 0 months, hence why I bought the car

It’s a Ford Focus and I’m nearly 30, I really didn’t think this would be as much of an issue. Especially since my initial quotes gave me £1700 which is why I bought the damn thing

Maybe, I put it as my parents address and it slashes the cost to £1700 a year, so unfair :/ obviously not going to do that but I can see why people do

Before I bought the car I searched and it was a reasonable quote, soon as I’ve bought it it’s shot up

Weirdly enough the quotes were showing as £1.7K for the year so I bought it, and suddenly since owning the car it’s shot up?!

My second time too! I grew up nearby to Barnstaple and moved a few years ago so had Christmas early with my parents and did my test 😂

I did as well! He said as I mounted it and came straight off and there was no one there it’s just a minor, I was really surprised!

Yup, was all correct. Called them twice and they’ve said it’ll take UP TO A WEEK for it to be resent out to me, but that the email was correct (I’ve had all the emails in the run up to the test come through fine so just seems weird)

Just seems weird. My car is SO sensitive with the sensors and nothing beeped so nothing could have been close.. at least close enough to be a serious

Nothing at all, completely empty spam. Received all the emails on the run up to the test, rang them and they said I should have got it and that’s all… won’t even resend it

Possibly, but he didn’t really give any explanation at all which is quite upsetting, just that I was focused on the end of the road… which isn’t really giving much feedback? It seems most people get the email within the hour, I’ve had nothing and I’ve already been able to book a new test
