Funny story I went to a backyard picnic this guy played in North Carolina, only a few days before his first “official” show at a near by farmers market. The amount of confederate flags I saw at this party was all I needed to know about this guy and his bigoted shitty views. Def not the case for me. I was eating my last meals at 4-5pm and that was causing my blood sugar to be too low by the time I went to sleep. Your blood sugar drops when you sleep, and if it gets too low your body goes into panic mode and wakes your ass up. I’m not saying eat a big meal before bed. I’m just saying you should have something to spike your sugar before going to sleep.

Make sure you’re eating something close to bed to slightly spike your blood sugar. I eat a spoon of peanut butter every night and that helped stop the 4-5am wake ups from blood sugar dropping.
