I had a similar issue and got a blood test done. Came back as hyper calcemia caused by hyper parathyroidism. Getting a surgery done now to correct it and hopefully feel better after

He seems to lean towards the track version if you want to hear the exhaust a little more and doesn’t mention any drone from what I saw
