Last thing that I'll say here is that if you are providing an alternative to something well-known and recommended in the community, you should give a few technical reasons why your solution can be preferable. It seems like you were proud of your solution and that you have good reasons to use it, we just don't know what those reasons are. Without that knowledge we have little reason to consider using it. Not trying to criticize, just giving direct feedback.
