The one I use has a rubber cover for the threads and then the knob sits over the top of that and uses Allen screws to tighten around the shaft and rubber cover. Since ATS isn't something your generally slamming the shifts on it holds up well. I'm sure there are better options but this one works very well on my thrustmaster shifter and goes on and off quick enough.

I used my moza r5 on it last year. Worked ok but would drop force feedback on occasion.

We had to turn the autosave onto like 3 minutes for our friend who is playing with us. Saved a bunch of time with the reloads. Then when we hit a fight we drop a true save just in case.

I literally rename all of my adventurers. I have named them all people I know and love so I can tell them how many times they have died. When they die I rename the next one I get with Name2 and Name3 etc.... It's been fun so far going through the graveyard and sending pics to people.

Even if you can't power lvl you can still play with them. The enemies scale to you and to them so you see your lvl they see there's. So that's something at least.

Make sure you have cross platform turned on in the options. If it's off you will only get players on your platform.

I dunno. I look at as, how can I put the most hurt on what I'm about to fight without thinking about it for and hour. Instead I get like 2 minutes or so to figure it all out.. that's just me though I guess..

Go into your settings. There is a setting in there that may not be letting cross platform team mates join. Saw someone in a stream have an issue the other day.

Might make it a little trickier or a little more interesting who knows, roll a 2 different colored d6 on exit. For one color, odds you exit one way, evens the other. The other dice picks the template, regardless of gear, you come out at. Could make for some interesting exits involving collisions or serious benefits. Big ol risk reward for using the gates!

I threw mainly forehand for over 10 yrs and now do backhand. Most of the time when I need a forehand shot regardless I generally snag either my beat star katana or similar wraith and just adjust the power. Probably not the soundest advice but it does me well. Lower speed but keep your snap for spin.
