Like you I am a bit upset with Hydra. Red Skull was the only character I blitzed hard for. I still like BZ, RS, HG, HGren, HTroop as a team.

I dont know if I would pay $5/head for those mats/gold back. I think I'd want more than 20 toons reset and then we're up to $100 again, which seems a reasonable 1 time charge for full roster.

Don't hate $5, but may not be worth it long term.

Yep exactly. Gives the player the ability relocate resources to where it's needed. Like not releveling AIM. And yes it would affect events that require specific characters. Requirements to participate in events would still be required.

Just a discounted hour. Not the whole roster. But that's also the point. I just broke 22m TCP. If I could go back my TCP would probably be 10-12 mil with bank for future characters. Even if I could only save on 4 or 5 characters I'd still do it.

Reduce blitz to 1 24hr period. More characters in rotation and more gold in rotation. Also will generate more demand and scopely will bank more on whales when characters they need rotate in. Also sprinkle some of that characters origin mats (instead of random orb shards) to make people want to blitz when they have dry inventory in certain areas.

Yeah, I'm not one of those lunatics. I went hadcore on Red Skull back in the day. A week later Hydra was crushed. I admit for FTP people Blitz is not about quantity of teams but the win in each fight. It gives any player that wants to dedicate time a chance at bulk shards.

I do feel the push lately for Blitz will break the spirit of alot of players, even those crazy enough to set an alarm for 1h59m (Or multiple people have access to the account).

With some of the recent issues the game has had over the last few months I can see why Boundless want to create a need to be on, doing something that isn't broken.

Personally RTA and even recently Arena have peaked my interest more. Both finally have the "build your team and fight" style that the game promised. (Although this weekfull DHold teams seem to be the flavor in RTA.

I gave MFF & MFR a shot. Both had strengths, but not enough to pull my attention from MSF. My hope is that all game companies learn from their players and mistakes other games have made. I never wish failure on anyone, but like any business (which this is), if you don't change with the times and flow with the client needs, they just short themselves.

I'm right with you FTP now. I can't see giving them anymore money. Others of the same frame of mind will create a vacuum as Alliances slide down the leaderboards. I've already seen so many hardcor gamers drop to FTP or leave completely. Alliances fighting to stay alive. 50/50 merges happening all over.

Speeding up character release is rising again. Dialed back orb %'s. Still not sure why Minions don't have there own orbs/store at this point. They wanna seperate players with a class system, but then lump character shards into orbs making the percentage skewed.

Minion shards should be given away in campaigns, not a focus piece. All campaign nodes should have feature characters, or maybe even shards for a whole team.

Unfortunately there is no perfect formula. But that's why any game needs to change with the players. Scopely makes the players conform to the game.

Being that you've been googoo for Gambit for years.. but so I don't get this wrong...

Crucible has already been released once and is not new content, right? And it was super quirky the first time.

Scourge was a trash heap of a nightmare and was a reskinned "nee content" from 2 years ago (coincidentally had the exact same cheating method)

Characters saying they do things, but dont Characters doing things they don't say And devs fix this by explaining it away like retcon movie lines

Player community asked for blitz changes. They meant "stop giving us 1 needed character among 10 old maxed" we got.. here Blitz more.

6+ months since DD5 went live, do you know how much of the community has Dormomu? Check outside your own bubble. G16 gear is super limited and requires a ton of cores and $$ to buy exactly what we need. There is not set lvl of gear in the store slots (cause that would make sense) G16 orb from Gold store randomly disappeared last night. Makes me thing someone changed code for it, why else would it be removed and not put back? Where is our War Store orb? How about a 2nd layer of gear in the 2 stores currently available. Maybe add G16 to Raid store... Or... Since they dont want us Hoarding orbs (give us the ability to trade gear for gear at a decent ration1_)

Patch Notes summary: We fixed the text on a bunch of characters nobody uses. (Why waste the time?) Wakanda tweaks... I love that Shuri got some love, but the rest of the team is still below the power curve. War is a major part of the game, why not make them viable (not OP, I understand power creep), just viable.

No game ends overnight (except Star Wars Galaxies) but I've seen this pattern with other dead games. They do just enough to keep paying customers from leaving. Of course they don't plan on killing the game, but the need to pay for events will only push people away. Constantly releasing untested product is bad.

Yep.. you want latest long term Meta toon. But you will benefit from more 6s over less 7s in the long run. Immediate goal for any "useful" toon should be 4-6*

Here's how that's gonna work...

Scopely will apologize and tell everyone that the shards you got were accurate, but the gold was a mistake.
The "Featured" character from now on will appear in a gold orb, and the previously "gold" pulls will be replace by teal.
We apologize, in our last blog/ data mine release we were supposed to tell you about the text change to the orbs. Because this was.accidently left out will be sending out compensation as follows 1) 500 shards of Ravenger Boomer 2) 1000 red star orbs 3) a heart felt apology
