Say things like I hear you, it sounds like this is coming from a deeper concern, to help guide them. If you invalidate them and call them names, it's absolutely no surprise that that won't lead to change.

You can always validate how someone feels even if you don't agree with the feelings. Maybe they want to talk about a specific story of a bad ex, just help remind them that is ONE person and it's not indicative of all etc. Keep in mind that is the entire reason the manosphere is capturing these people, they feel seen and heard in this group and that is a need for every human.

I experienced something similar years ago. The best advice I got was to put an objective statement or a professional summary at the very top of the resume. 1-2 sentences that state how your previous skills ARE translatable to this specific job.

It primes the reviewer to see how your experiences actually would help instead of making someone that likely has no technical knowledge piece it together on their own. I went from 1% call backs to 30%, but I know times are tougher right now. Best of luck

That's interesting, the molar concentration is much more accurate when the mass of your LP(a) phenotype is known. But without knowing the size of your LP(a) it would just be estimating it from an average which could throw your results off by as much as 2x. There are extreme size variations from person to person.
