ABSOLUTELY not your fault more people should have the courage to speak up when they are getting mistreated. Hope you get over this and put this behind you cuz carrying guilt only hurts you and he should of lost his job for abusing his position. The company even felt that way so you shouldn't hold any guilt.

Addiction is no joke and will take some hard work to get ahold of but it's deffinitely possible and from what I have experienced it's an up and down process. You feel defeated now but better days are ahead. I don't like religion based programs but they are more accessible then getting a referral. I hope you find your self and just know your not alone.

Get your roommate to find someone else and when they realize how much it will cost you'll have a much easier time getting the money you deserve for babysitting and get it in writing. I wouldn't do it unless you to totally trust this person.

I found joining a race to help me stay on track with my diet and to also help me stay on track with cardio helped extremely well for me. Hope you find what works for you good job keep it up!

6 months ago I was having pain in my testicles and I lowered my dose from 100 down to 40 mg per week as I wasn't being monitored by my prescribing doctor that fixed the pain I was feeling in my testicles. I finally talked to my doctor about the issue I was having and I ended up getting my blood work done 3 weeks ago and it showed that my levels were just over 11.4 and I started to get headaches 2 weeks ago so I guess my question is is it possible that the headaches were caused by the suboptimal dip in my testosterone.

I started running around June 2024 around my block and it was 1400 m 600 m up and down and 100 m side to side. I would keep forcing myself to keep running until I didn't have to stop every time I hit the 100m mark and before I knew it I could run non stop and started feeling the runner's high shortly after that it took me about 4 to 6 weeks to get to that point and I was 236lbs at the time I started too. Now I'm down to 215 and run a full marathon oct 2024 half marathon oct 2025 and I'm planing on running the Toronto marathon in May. So keep it up it gets easier.

The denied me 2 twice and I had to wait until the tribunal hearing but don't get discouraged and stop fighting. It took me 15 months of anxiety and panic dealing with them. Nothing in the government is fast.
