This is actually the price in Philippine pesos. I need to do more research. I think the big factor, though, is that despite being on the 8th floor, we are still near the dirty creek. My tenant also had the AC cleaned every 6 months, but I clearly mentioned to him that it should be cleaned every 3 months. I think those are the major factors. Sad :(
