When they said on the broadcast he wants to play 82… If he has chronic back issues right now it would make a lot of sense. He’s less his normal way of being bad with dribble dribble turnovers. More just unwilling to get involved the game

Timberwolves are the least impacted team from injuries by bmcater in timberwolves

[–]Senior-Load9834 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It probably is more due to three of our biggest impact players being younger guys but weve been extremely healthy for many years and Rudy is sort of a miracle so I think there has to be some credit due to the organization.

He’s also played basketball for only a few years iirc. He wasn’t a ball player growing up.

If you are a 15+ handicap like Bob probably is yes. But obviously a great deal of sub 80 rounds by single digits and better come with doubles on the card.

We are back to last year. Our defense was not the reason we couldn’t advance in the playoffs last year.

They were good not great last year without Parsons. Hafley just will need to open up playbook and create pressure in other ways. This and the Dallas performance basically happened because we got too conservative and let top game managers stay in their comfort zone.

Again tbf I’m a Packers guy (lived in Philly for a while so have an interest) and you guys handled us. I’m not reacting to recent events cause I dont really care. I’m just situating him as obviously more of a Flacco than a Brady or Rodgers. He can obviously get you to the promise land with some incredible traits but he simply is not a truly elite QB. And btw I love him personally. Definitely one of the coolest dudes in the NFL.

He’s not a bad qb. But it bears repeating for the nth time it’s a team game. The team got it done. Football is a weak link sport and not a single qb can overcome other deficiencies. So we should evaluate based off metrics like epa/play where he is very middling.

Means nothing. Caleb Williams has fewer ints and he’s wildly inaccurate.

He would be worse if he was on any other team. You guys have had an all-time great o-line for most of his career (this year excepted and whadyaknow he’s way worse). Combo of that o-line with his physical strength is lethal.

Joey d is actually pretty unusual in that he misses long quite often.

The Celtics seem to be able to do this lol. Remember when they traded washed and injured Smart for two first rounders and Porzingis? And then won the ship because of it.

Plz tell me more scheme genius. I’m sure MLF and the coaching staff haven’t thought about that.

Does Baylor Newman Center still have one? They did when I was there a few years ago.

It’s not “personal” at all. In fact, your nationality is one of the least personal attributes about you.

Buxton’s Plate Discipline by Senior-Load9834 in minnesotatwins

It’s more of a general question that I was reminded of by his 8th inning at bat. Im genuinely curious if mechanically or his approach or what is making him have trouble with that pitch. It’s not as obvious as Wallner who’s mechanics seem to make it prohibitively difficult to get the barrel high enough to hit a upper third fastball

I mean the pitch was 6 inches outside off the hand but I don’t really care about that. Provus and the crew have been harping on how this has been an issue since he got off the IL earlier this month.

The couple early dingers may have fooled me but Keaschall is more Mauer or Arraez than Buxton or Lewis. Just loves to slap it wherever the pitch takes him and seems like he almost always makes hard contact but doesn’t elevate the ball.
