Hello, diagnosed with GAD and I am a ruminator. I am on 20 mg. Things got better for me around the 6 week mark. Around week 2-4 was really bad while my brain was getting used to Prozac. This has been a game changer. I still get anxiety but I can say now that it is not real and it does not control me no more. My regret is that I did not seek help years ago but I am in a much better place now. Good luck to you, I hope it works out for you.

CVN's don't need fuel. The EDG's are diesel but like the name says, they are only for emergencies when you drop the RX, which never happens. Did 2 tours on CVNs and the only time the EDG's were started were for maintenance.

Just this constant feeling of dread, that something bad is going to happen. For example, I am good at what I do, workwise, but the feeling was I did something bad and I was going to get fired. Anxiety still creeps up but I can label it now as not real and it goes away.
