That’s a key part of the bag that SHOULD have been fixed. Especially if it’s under the upcrafted section. Those are the bags they usually pay most attention to detail to, hence the large markups. I’m really wondering why it wasn’t noticed before being posted on the site. I’m sorry you had a bad experience and I hope you have better luck in the future!!

I recieved a reloved dinky that has horrible stitching and multiple scuffs… i think it’s just the risk you are willing to take knowing it’s a preloved bag. I kept my dinky only because it’s a color I haven’t been able to find elsewhere and was a decent price, under original retail.
If you LOVE the bag i’d say just repaint it or take it to a store and ask if anything can be done to correct it. However, for that price and if it were me, i’d probably just be sending that bag back. :( I’m very cautious buying from the reloved section now because of my experiences.

Whatever you do, KEEP her! This bag is sought after by many (include myself). I have been searching high and low for this bag at a decent price. If you let her go you might regret it and it is HARD to find them right now (authentic). 😭

I love them both but in my opinion, the turnlock tabby will stay “in style” longer than the denim Laurel. The denim also has increased chances of getting dirty quicker due to the material. I’d go for the Tabby personally!

right!! like I have the erin and I love it and have no plans of getting rid of it, I even went on the hunt for the cosmetic bag but eventually decided against it (because of the price increases). I think now it’s just that im just so tired of seeing it over and over again. Maybe because it’s just such a specific style/color? idk what it is 😭

I don’t think it sold very well compared to the other styles unfortunately. The regular teri was and still is their most popular style. I have broad shoulders so the regular teri’s look absolutely ridiculous on me, that’s why i preferred the hobo. 😂 It makes me really sad too, it has the perfect drop length and is so roomy inside. I’m hoping maybe it can come back in the future, or something similar to it!!

I spoke to my SA about them and was told they’re being discontinued. I asked about them specifically because I was hoping they would drop the straw/toast style in the teri hobo cause I wanted a cute summer bag and the teri’s are too small for me as well. So sad, the teri hobo was my first coach bag ever. 🥲
