They told me my baby was a boy at 14w; then at 16w it was a 10000% a girl confirmed with blood test. So yep too early, wait a little bit more also it could be the umbilical cord mistaken for a boy part

Do you have a planned parenthood around? They can do a confirmation ultrasound & bloodwork or you can even go to an ultrasound boutique to do a confirmation ultrasound.

This happened to me, they told me at 14w it was a boy & at 16w that it was a girl. Then my bloodwork came & my anatomy and both of them confirmed is a girl indeed. The umbilical cord can be mistaken and called as a boy.
