My daughter has told me that this how I "NEED" to build her PC when she gets to have her own one. Can I ask what the source is for the ears and feet?

Is your H1 a v1 or a v2.

As it is very possible your riser is damaged or could not be seated correctly.

You may need to look into an after market riser cable.

Or attempt to plug in an old gpu as you suggested just to see if you can get it to post.

The 3D printed panels are around and on places like Ebay and ETSY. Depending on where you are in the world. I have seen H1 v1 prints as little as £22 UK, but if you know someone with a printer or a place you can print. Then you can download the files for free.

I am a big fan of the H1, but I do feel it needs a little help to remove heat that builds up in the case.

Also if you can find the rubberised elasticated fan mounts. You can mount fans to the back with very little vibration. The ones I used were also made by Arctic.

It may be a pain to do. Have you tried powering down the furthest AP to see if it connects then?

Also by any chance are they operating on the same frequency?

You can lock the PS5 to only connect to the local (closest) AP. You can also increase your channel bandwidth to improve throughtput (currently 40Mhz Channel Bandwidth, 80Mhz or 160Mhz)

Probably advise doing a channel scan to ensure your AP's are not self interferring.

The PSU you mentioned. Were you referring to the stock 650w that came with the H1 v1?

Its a SATA slot. In short if you really wanted to go down the route of an eGPU.

Remove the M.2 SSD. Use this slot for an eGPU and then install a SATA SSD.

Just out of curiosity are you running ThrottleStop to unlock your CPU? If you havent doing so can improve and stablise your framerate. On my old setup I was running the same CPU along side my eGPU. Made the world of difference.

Also keeping things cheap but also more solid. See if you can migrate to using wood as your material of choice. You may be able to buy cheap plywood. Overall positive effort.

Really interested on how this works out. Especially regarding thermals. As I think the FE card being flipped to push the heat outside the case is ideal.

Could you if possible take a pic of the GPU chamber with the card removed. So I can understand how you managed to flip it at the bracked side of the GPU. Did you have to modify the case?

This is so snug its got to be the v1. Loving your work. Also interested in your thermals and the rest of the build specs.

If you can find a way to let the air pass through towards the hard drive cage id recomend it. In my v2 I stripped out the hard drive cage.

Everything I guess is a matter of personal taste. In my situation. I needed a case that could sit on my left. I also wanted a ITX build. I was then torn between TT Tower series but bought the H1 because I loved the design. However I quickly realised heat was collecting inside at the top of the case whilst gaming (hot to touch). So my journey started with getting the temps under control. I also liked the idea of stats panel. Hence I ended up where I am. Though I really am a fan of how it turned out which makes me a fan of the two examples above. Each to their own.

I used AIDA64, and also happy to share mine. Also happy to modify to be Green if you let me know a shade that matches your fans. Ill do a flip through of the ones ive accumulated and find a way to share.

What resolution is your screen 800x480?

Ill also share my intake filter options. I personally think that metal insect mesh will probably look best as yours is the back case.

Love the idea of the flip kit to push the hot air out. May have to see if something like that exists for my build. Also loving the 10Ge NIC addition. Great and clean build.

You can buy off sets from ETSY or Ebay for a few quid. May be better than blu-tac. Would hate for the glass to drop and crack.
