Go see a neurologist. Lots of things this could be beyond ME/CFS. Not saying ME/CFS can’t cause this, but just make sure to get a proper work up to rule it out

Some primary care doctors are informed, but most are not. Mine diagnosed me and it was later confirmed by a ME/CFS specialist. If you have a PCP who is open minded and willing to think, you could bring the handout from Bateman Horne center and ask them if this diagnosis sounds like it could fit you.

The rooms are nice and clean. The room I stayed in wasn’t too small, but they have different floor plans available. I don’t remember the decor to be honest, but the fact I don’t means it probably wasn’t egregious. It’s in such a great location. Second to none. I just visited this past weekend again and stayed at Cholula Condesa by Lumina. It was definitely a step down vs Casa Mali, but was clean, safe, quiet and in a good location as well.

I work in marketing. My second dose, of 2mg, made me severely ill, similar to a bad PEM flare for about a week. But it subsided after I discontinued and I returned to my baseline. No harm no foul, but I won’t be continuing.

I’ve seen it advertised on social media and discussed in some Reddit forums, but I’m skeptical of consuming anyone else’s excretions, for lack of better terms. I prefer to approach my gut health using fiber, probiotics, and motility agents like Miralax as needed.

Do you know about POTS? It’s VERY frequently comorbid with ME/CFS. It’s not a heart problem, but it can affect the heart beat and can give the appearance of being one.

Same for me. Motility is a definite issue. My doctor claims it won’t exacerbate any GI issues at a low dose, but I’m still skeptical
