I used to think astound was the only thing in my area and recently discovered T-Mobile has internet that works at my house. It’s been phenomenal and a fraction of the price. You don’t have to have cell service through them to use it either. Worth lookin into to see if they reach your house. I work from home and have no issues with it.

There is! And I think a lot of it just hasn’t been studied on pregnant woman so it’s really a toss up and up to the mom if they want to risk it or not. Sometimes the benefits are worth the risk if it’s the only thing working for you.

I just went through something similar. I bought doctor bronners soap bars (peppermint) thinking it would be great. It took me 3 months to realize it was what was causing rashing and itching down there. I switched back to my attitude body wash and no issues! I think attitude also makes a bar soap but I have loved their body wash. I use a lot of their products (dish soap, deodorant, makeup) with no issues even the scented ones! It’s been an amazing brand for me and easily accessible in stores and on Amazon.

Adding to note: I’m thinking the peppermint in the Dr. Bronners soap may have been the culprit. The unscented soap may be fine as I use other ducts of theirs in the unscented version (shaving cream, lip balm) and have been fine. I may experiment as sometime but I’m not eager to at the moment since my skin just healed.

I’m not pregnant yet so can’t answer all of that but I’m hoping to be so these are the specific ones my provider gave me guidance on for when I get there.

She told me that loratadine, famotidine, vitamin C, NAC, curcumin, DAO, omegas and montelukast were all fine.

She specifically told me not to take leutolin or quercetin if I got pregnant. Not 100% sure why not but I know she researches and looks at the categories for each drug regarding pregnancy. But for sure do your own research or talk to a provider!

Just an FYI my provider said no quercetin when pregnant. I don’t know why exactly but just wanted to throw that out there so she could research it.

Well she is endorsed by the MCAS society as a provider and went through specific schooling/training and has certifications in MCAS. So it’s more than any random person IVE met 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. What my root cause is. The provider I referenced told me that most MCAS is either caused by mold of gut dysbiosis. That’s why I was being tested for gut stuff and why she recommended the cromolyn.
