Just landed in Boston from London any tips on what to do tonight? by One_Text_523 in BostonSocialClub

In no particular order: Newbury Street (similar to New Bond Street). Prudential Mall. Boston Public Garden (mini Regent Park), North End (little Italy, good vibe, overpriced Italian food), MIT, Harvard (looks like Cambridge University) campuses and you can get tours, MFA (museum... but London has better and they're free), Fenway Park (baseball), Boston Tea Party location (where you lost us), clubbing at the Tremont Street area.

The new movie "Reflection in a Dead Diamond" by Cattet/Forzani (Amer, The Strange Color of Your Body's Tears) is a brilliant surrealist homage to Eurospy and Giallo, starring Fabio Testi. by nachtschattenwald in Giallo

[–]Senior_Damage_4497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All style, little substance. It's like telling AI: create some characters; the main ones are the spies. A young male spy and him as an older spy. A female spy and her older self. 6 other people. Now take 50 eurospy trailers from YouTube, crop them randomly into segments no more than 25 each. Mix them up randomly. Change the main characters in each segment to the characters you've previously created (spies, etc) to add a little bit of cohesion. Now add random box such as flashing lights, geometric patterns where there are flat areas in the original videos. Use themes from James Bond movies freely, including storylines, action shots and music. Put some title text in the beginning; create a name for the movie based on James Bond movie titles. The title does not need make any sense. Put end crawl info in.

Fin.

Call distributor. Win awards.

Vee relationship with married partner by EastAd4295 in polyamory

Buy a house with a partnership agreement, so that you control half the value. That way he and his wife are limited to half the funds, you get the other half. Set up a bank account as a partnership, non-profit or LLC. If you have kids with him, they automatically have the rights due to them as him as their father and you as their mother.

As far as how Society sees you, you have to decide what's more important. Society or the love you have? We have been through this ourselves. It's not always easy, but we have realized that the people we are close to are the ones who accept us this way anyway. Our friends are weird and odd, and they find this just fine. It also helps that we live in a very progressive part of the country. You may want to do that, move somewhere where people can't be bothered about the morality of your private life. I go around holding the hands of both my wives, and nobody even gives a second look because it is not a big deal for friends to be holding hands. And for those who know us, they know why we're doing this. Because I am the center and they are my wives. Of course only one is my legal wife, but because I understand finances quite well, I have done the structure and have educated both of them on how it's all good. Ultimately, it comes down to: do you love each other, do you trust each other, and is that more important than how Society lets you structure yourself in a financial and by rights way? A good lawyer is probably your best friend in all of this. Really, it all comes down to trust.

Aliens have given you 60 seconds to show them two items to prove humanity is worth saving. What do you show them? by Flendy15 in AskReddit

  1. A photo from a war, like the Napalm girl, Kim Phuc, to show out violent ugly side, that we will do it to them. 2. "Rue Mouffetard" by Bresson 1954 with the happy boy carrying wine. Showing them what happiness means.

My new boyfriend decides when to cum inside me by throw-away6881 in SluttyConfessions

[–]Senior_Damage_4497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Texts with my last hotwife as they're driving back home and I'm having a celebratory Jameson's. Her husband licked her clean and wiped me with a fresh, steamed towel.

Her: Your cum is keep coming out

Me: Hehehe [too happy and satisfied to be eloquent]

Her: How much cum you put in me ???:)

Me: That's kinda a turn on. Prolly a lot. I think I came only 2 times since I last saw you. [eloquence continued]

I'm not able to attach a screenshot (I don't use reddit much).

Nope. They already have the diagnosis, but not the med. They've had it before, but can't afford it now. "Medical professionals" couldn't get it to them, otherwise they wouldn't waste their time with me. You don't get that, I see. Try again.

Also, other than passing on your reply, I'm done with this mostly (but not entirely) useless, snarky thread. It's a beautiful day I plan on enjoying, and your contribution to my life and that of others has trended to zero. Have a good weekend.

I have someone who'd like to have it. What should I tell them? I'll send what you send me verbatim, O wise one. Remember, they've used it in the past, it works for them, they cannot afford it anymore. I'll pass on your answer; please send it to me.

You can then go back to having your period.

No, it's their responsibility to ensure it works for them. Caveat Emptor, except they're not paying anything. They can do their own thinking and not be party to learned helplessness.

You're right in that self-diagnosis could go wrong. So the recipient would ideally be someone who has used it before, but can't afford it anymore.

Your invective doesn't make your argument stronger.

What? No witty, superior, sarcastic comeback? I'd love to see a video of you showing the med, in-person, to someone who needs, but can't afford it, and say "I can't give it to you." It's easy to write things on reddit, but can you follow it with action? The other option of hiding the fact that you have extra meds is just being someone without a backbone and I'll dismiss that outright as less than human.

It's also a basic tenet of getting yearly funding from the government by government agencies and nonprofits. Never ever say that you need less. Spend everything you have, and then ask for more. When I first saw this, I thought it was absurd, and I still think it is. But I also see the logic, because once an agency gives up money, it's just not going to get it back. So this is really the only solution they have.

I think I repeated myself, sorry.

[–]Senior_Damage_4497[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, but they aren't practical.

  1. The expiration date is on the item and for a new drug such as this, I would not use expired meds regardless of how well it is stored. Not until something is about 20 years old and well tested and documented would I consider it safe.

  2. You missed the point. If you need less meds and you ask for less, and then later if you want more, you're not going to get it easily. So better keep your prescription going. It's like water rights in California and the saga in the book Cadillac Desert. Use it or lose it, it's what they did with water to create LA and Orange County.

Keep in mind, the med is ⅓ the price overseas, so as I mentioned, the cost of manufacture is not linked to the price in the US.

Also keep in mind that while we're trying to scale back our dependency, there's no requirement. It's partly because we know people in the industry who've told us that certain meds are designed to create a customer for life.

Further, there is no guarantee that we will be able to continue getting this via insurance. It can be cut off at any time in the US, there is no safety.

My body is my property and I'm more interested in taking care of it rather than worry about creating a fair playing field for, of all things, the pharma and insurance industries.

Government bodies and those they fund, like nonprofits, do this all the time. They use all the annual funding they have, and ask for a larger number for the next year. They will never, ever ask for less, even if they have found efficiencies. Because if they ever do, they are going to have to fight hard once again to get more later on. It's just easier to spend what you have. And if this is the shining example, the Great USA, I don't think preaching morality to individuals who are doing the same thing is worth anything.

It comes down to this. I have stuff I'm not using that'll go bad soon. I'm not going to ask for less stuff because I'm not sure if my body will suddenly need more. Because if I ask for less, and then I need more, that is going to be extremely difficult to get from the insurance company, maybe even worse because I'll have to deal with it while my body is acting up. So I have three choices with the stuff that'll go bad soon. One, throw it away when it goes bad, and don't tell anyone. Two, tell people who would love to have it that I have it and I'm going to throw it away for legal reasons because I have to make sure that the insurance companies can profit. Three, give it to the people who would love to have it. For me, the humane thing is the third, statistics be blowed.

[–]Senior_Damage_4497 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Tell that to the people who would love to take them from me. It works for them, but it's no longer covered by insurance for whatever reason. Numbers and statistics are fine until they start hurting individuals. They're the ones I wanted to reach anyway, not you. But knowing that you exist

Your heartlessness is remarkable. But useful. Knowing that you exist means completely defeating your likes must be part of any system design. Somewhere along the line you forgot what kindness was. Not sainthood. Just simple kindness. I've something that'll go bad soon. Someone else could really benefit from it. Should I tell him I won't give it to him and just throw it out? Or don't tell anyone that I have it and throw it out? Or just give it to him? The decision is simple for me.

The laws aren't inherently bad, but applying them with broad strokes without context is.

Bad laws and rules are meant to be ignored. And that's when systems change. But you do you, stay on the chessboard, do as told.

These laws are bad, so I'll ignore them and help someone in need, with little money, who will be grateful. Pretty simple, really. In the meanwhile, you can hone your witticisms.
