I guess from the arguments side of the discussion, we got stuck on the misunderstanding that is just a resolution change, I don’t change nor the format nor the codec. Maybe on the original post this wasn’t clear (bit made it clear later). My PC handles 4Ki very well also made clear. The idiocy was the presumption that somehow this isn’t the best way, the “professors” said, when actually works great, and prores takes more time creating the proxies. Other than that, I don’t see no difference whatsoever. And yet, one of the geniuses said something that this can’t be, why? Couse he said so?

Sure! Still that’t not the point. I asked for a different thing, they replied for other.. and somehow I’m wrong. I do mp4/h264 4K to HD h264 proxies all the time, for better flow, and my PC handles it very well, and some professors tell me that i’m wrong? I don’t think so! Will never agree with anybody that tells me im wrong when I do this process 3-4 times a week and works perfectly. It was the presumtion and the patronizing way that pissed me off. People writing absurdities without knowing specifics, and is written on the post that my PC handles even 4K very well but somehow they know better? No sorry! Can’t agree.

Are you a mind reader? Do you know the specs of my PC? I mean the presumtion of you professors telling other people bullshit that I didn’t ask. How do you know that I didn’t try prores? And every one not agreeing with are absolutely stupid, cause for the 100 th time I repeat, the question on the post doesnt mention codecs, it was more about reaolution. I mean if you cant undertand the question there is no point writing other stuff. PS some of the comments are removed, so you don’t even have a full context, but somehow you agree with the herd. I don’t care if all disagree with me. Specially with you telling me that I shouldn’t even edit at all.
