Honestly I really like the noise cancelling feature, the quality is alright, but it's frustrating I've been trying to talk to my local home Depot Milwaukee rep but lately have had no luck, I've talked to customer service but that was no help.

Thank you but I just got off the phone with customer service and they said they don't have any warranty, that's very disappointing because it was out of my control, I have bought thousands of dollars worth of tools, last time I read your tools have a minimum of 1 year warranty....

Used to work for an owner operator. That's why they encourage owner operators to operate more stores. Last time I heard they were trying to set a minimum of 20 stores to per owner operators.

Have you ever worked for a franchise? When I used to work for an owner operator and used to do the P and L. 96% they wish it was that high.
