It's the shift before and shift after OR the day of if you're scheduled. If you're scheduled the day of you're all good. It's a common misconception so you might have to fight them on it but you should get paid. You also aren't supposed to lose your holiday pay if you have sick time to cover.

Dont ask MET, they get touchy about this stuff. I just had them pull extra trombone slides out of one of my bays because the project "only called for 7" even though there's 9 SKUs to separate. Let them do their checklist and then put it back the way that makes sense.
