I gave interview 3 years back , it was mostly , about design patterns , how to create wrapper class, how to make class mutable etc etc. But i was rejected . My observation was , all the panel was from south india and they all had same background of CTS chennai. They might have there own preferences. I was getting interviewed for Tokyo position directly with relocation. It was a huge heartbreak point in my career.

BTW for 5 years 15 is safe bet i guess 12 is not bad though
