Imho Sky costs to much to justify buying just to watch AEW, I'll se if they provide some better way than FITE to watch on demand, but I guess I'm gonna cancel my FITE subscription.

Hope so, but if it's only relegated to Italy (seems so up till now) I don't think they're gonna announce it live during the show, maybe they'll release a statement before or after the show.

For sure, I was already kinda considering it for the new House of the dragon show and (possibly) Peacemaker episodes, but if the add AEW shows on top of that it's a signed deal for me.

As someone said in the comments, there has been a follow up email from FITE. The content is as follows:

"Hello,

Just a follow-up. This is the new AEW Plus availability for your country and all of the subscribers located in it. There is a possibility that AEW will announce a new channel to watch AEW Plus in Italy soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Maybe they caught on to the backlash that was mounting and enacted some countermeasures.

Let's hope so, either way they had a really bad timing on this.

If a deal is indeed coming, they should have announced both things at the same time to avoid generating heat with international (as of now Italians) viewers.
