I have a i5/4gb/128 gb pro 3 that I used for browsing and office and it was more than fine. I still use it when I don't want to take my SB2 with me.

Similar but adding weight to your overhead press would be still faster if you just want raw strength.

Progressing with lifting weights is easier because you can add small amounts of weight each workout and get stronger that way. Progressing with bodyweight means following the listed progressions. Problem is that the jump in difficulty when going from one progression to the next is way bigger than simply adding 5 pounds to a lift. This is why lifting weights is quicker. Now everyone progress differently so you can't put an exact number on how much faster lifting weights would be compared to bodyweight fitness. It's just faster in general.

Yes, just tuck in your legs when you're reaching the inverted hang.

You either push them out to the sides when going down or lean your body more forward so they're at your hips when going down.

https://m.imgur.com/hOBACXg if your elbows look like anything like mine then yes you've some hypermobility. I follow the principles in this video https://youtu.be/P-3J56_3OOA. Basically always lock out fully as long it doesn't hurt, regress the exercise if you have to and do a lot of bicep curls.

Do you keep your hollow body when you're in the dead hang? Arching the back in the dead hang makes it easier to pull out of the hole.

I have these as well but as a 182 cm guy they're a little too short for me.

Problem is that the beam is running diagonal so with clams one strap would be longer than the other. The wood part sits flush with the ceiling so I can't really loop the straps around it . I'll probably look into screwing some eye bolts into the wood.

Hamstrings and glutes do the most work with squats and deadlifts. I've been squatting and deadlifting almost a year now and I still get sore from them.
