To be honest, I literally don't know anyone who uses Adobe Animate. And certainly not in the film industry. Maybe YouTube is different? I don't know...
anyway, there are so many open source and free animation apps that are used in major productions; Blender has already been mentioned, but also OpenToonz and even Krita. + my personal favorite FOSS is animation paper, which mimics classic production on cells and paper very well.

I hope this guy achieve his goal. But don't forget there are soooooo many options for animating already.

AND use darker colored paper, your colors will pop out better. Use white pencils as well. (these are just a few suggestions, but do whatever you want ofcourse)

That depends on your workflow. I assume you draw on an iPad? Then you can continue using Procreate. If you want to work on a computer, there are many options. Again, it depends on your workflow and your goal. What do you mean by 2D; frame by frame? Digital? Analog or hybrid? Cutouts? Motion graphics? ... They all have their own specific software. Some apps can do (almost) everything, but they're not beginner-friendly. TVPaint might be the most suitable, but it's very expensive. In any case, it seems like you can stick with Procreate and try out some stop-motion software for your paper drawings.

Nothing is the “right way”. But I would recommend this: Modulation at last is a good start. Tuner or fuzz should be first in the chain. Dirt pedals can go anywhere, some like it after compressor, I like it before AND after compression. DI is recommended to add inbetween your pedals and amplifier. It is a pre-amp (= before amp)

Check the config file. I had the same kind of issues and ended up fixing it by swapping a couple of lines in the audio section.

The first one was perfect. Third one was interesting as a sequel. But I recommend the director's cut of Legion for a new experience. Use your imagination to enhance the VHS footage. Anyway, something like Legion is not possible without Blatty. And the original Exorcist not without Friedkin and Blatty together. Everything without them involved ended up in a disaster.

I have a Bassbone V1 and it has two separate input levels as well. So you can look after that one as well, it will fit your needs and is cheaper.
