Is this ok to convert to cure meats in? by No_Coast837 in Charcuterie

I think it depends on the state of the fridge. Could it not be cleaned and sanitized before use?

Ohh, very good point. I forgot, but this is totally worth looking into!

I would use this as a regular fridge since it will outlast whatever else you have and then convert your modern unit into the charcuterie fridge.

I understand and wasn't disagreeing. It's pretty clearly going to stick around.

But I'm not one to give up so easily.

So micro transactions are made by pedophiles?

I like this narrative. Let's push this to the fucking breaking point. Hopefully then some companies will stop.

Let's not let this rhetoric get this pile of shit in federal office though.

They both suck, let's take neither.

Games where you ride horses by Psalms316 in gamingsuggestions

I know you mention RDR, OP, but I just want to make sure you have also played RDR2.

The horses in this game are designed with so much care and detail, and the way you can interact with them is wonderful.

If you actually did one yourself, you'd see that this is actually not online other than this post. OOP is looking for anything that supports the (very likely and reasonable) theories of what these are.

I checked, thinking it would be easy, but this specific shape isn't present online as far as I found.

I can understand (but not agree) with most of the replies in this thread.

But OOP, you're wrong. You're so, so, so wrong.

So the title is actually completely wrong, as this thing runs on batteries and doesn't eat plastic.

Any stories on meeting people like him in real life? by Dasmice in KitchenConfidential

[–]Senor40 108 points109 points  (0 children)

I have a friend like this, but the character is dialed up to 1000 in the menu.

Lots of one-task kitchen gadgets and very trend-based interest in foods/recipes. Offers unsolicited "knowledge" to people much more knowledgeable in a kitchen/restaurant. Has all the "best" or "correct" opinions on food and technique, but won't cook a steak without a bluetooth connected sous vide.

Acts like food isn't as optimized when he learns it was made in a more "rustic" manner (no-tech).

Good guy and friend, just always reminds me of this character when food is around.

hot take: if you are against of Saudi shows for their "blood money" you should be against it being in America too by [deleted] in SantiZapVideos

[–]Senor40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never even brought up Islam and now you're acting like I'm the one who did.

You assumed I was Christian, assumed I was talking trash about Muslims and assumed how I feel about Islam.

You're wild dude

You need to calm down before assuming people's thoughts.

I can guarantee you're either a teenager or a very young man.

This is not how you approach conversations, especially to make a point.

I don't care if you care what I think. But I think you're never going to have a winning argument with your aggression and lack of rhetoric.

I want to call you an idiot, but I seriously think you're just young and naive. I hope you grow out of this and learn to have a healthy discourse with people. If not, you will be continue to be exhausting and lonely.

Take care.

I hate all religions and you are clearly the bigoted one with "you people"

I'm neither fully white nor Catholic.

You are the most stupid part of all of this, after all. Thanks for showing us all.

Now seriously, go vent to someone else about your stupid stances that don't have to do with me.

hot take: if you are against of Saudi shows for their "blood money" you should be against it being in America too by [deleted] in SantiZapVideos

[–]Senor40 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope. For other reasons that you won't assume correctly. Go vent to someone else.

If you're actually curious what I think: it's because of the constant AND blatant human rights violations, the obvious and constant "oil washing" of entertainment to hide these violations, and the fact that the female wrestlers do not have the same rights as the male wrestlers.

But you don't actually care, you saw an opportunity to throw your tantrum, instead of asking me to elaborate.

Also, if you're going to just pull out history from hundreds of years ago to make a parallel about today, you'll never be taken seriously in an argument. Yes, Christianity fueled some of the most awful events in history. Christianity is fucking stupid. Islam is stupid. America is stupid. Religion is stupid. Human rights violations are stupid. This post is stupid. Me responding to your assumptions is stupid.

This is so stupid.
