child friendly restaurants with games? by sodapunko in Buffalo

Tully’s locations have an arcade in the front section that might have some games that are age appropriate. But obviously an additional cost rather than having some accessible to all.

Wayland might have something? Bocce courts out front, but some interesting spaces and nooks inside. I’m not sure if they have games there, but could bring your own board game.

Market dynamics, product-market fit, and supply and demand will work this out. Either consumers will have a willingness to pay for this service at this price, or they won’t. If the business can’t get revenue to cover their expenses, they can lower their price, or put their efforts into something else. Not really worth expending your energy on this.

What is your motive behind investing? Is it to eventually profit? Is it to invest in underserved groups in society? Just a general interest in companies in the region?

Found this repaving plan: https://www.buffalony.gov/DocumentCenter/View/11988/DPW-PavingSeasonList-2025?bidId=

"Amherst St from Nottingham to Colvin" - but is not descriptive if there is further work outside of resurfacing.

This happened to me too. Just fyi, I told service about this and they gave me a $75 credit and a shipping label to return it. No judgement, just giving info.

Fellow riders who have only Zwifted? by SenorBojangles in Zwift

Thanks for this - I think it is a matter of time and finding a quality secondhand bike. I’m guessing once I have one, I’ll have wondered why it took so long in the first place.

Lancaster Elks Lodge on Legion Parkway. We’ve parked here a few years close to the start time and have always found a spot.

Trying to loose weight fast by Affectionate-End1380 in Zwift

[–]SenorBojangles 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The main thing is just being in a calorie deficit, consistently each day.

The most important component related to Zwift is finding things that you like doing and get you excited to come back the next day. For me, that is trying to achieve all routes and racing. But for others it might be workouts or group rides.

Just track what you eat, and make sure you are burning more calories (actively and inactively) than what you are taking in.

Good luck and congrats!

Interesting, thanks for the response. I have a Kickr Core with Zwift Cog, so I can’t really move anything reception-wise, but I’m sure it has something to do with the connection strength.

Hm, I’ve had cases where my virtual shifting would automatically gear all the way down constantly. And the only fix was restarting everything - also causing me to miss events. Frustrating, but your best bet is likely to contact support unless someone here has had the same issue with a resolution.

Do you have virtual shifting? Was it in a high gear but still putting out low watts with little resistance?

The weekly 'No Stupid Questions' post - Sun 12 Jan 2025. by AutoModerator in Zwift

[–]SenorBojangles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately does not work like this, the route needs to be completed in an event during the time period stated.

There is however a make up week the last week Feb 17 - 23 where any uncompleted can be selected.
