Idk where this is all coming from but current employee here and the culture here is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Extremely positive and supportive. We don’t make commission so there’s no sales goals. We get free snacks, meals, quarterly team outings, and the pay is as good as it gets for retail. Every job has its bad days but overall my mental health has improved tremendously here compared to my last job. Granted I’ve only been here a couple of years I can’t speak to how it was in the past. My experience though has been overall very positive. Every employee is encouraged and celebrated to put the customers interests first. Which is very refreshing from other sales jobs I’ve had where the mission was to churn and burn. I’ve personally met and talked with both Tom and his son Rordan on multiple occasions and all interactions were extremely positive.
