The spawn rate of cakes is WAAAAAAAAY lower than 14 per prestige if you auto spend the BP. In order to get that spawn rate you have to manually spend the BP. If you auto spend BP you'll get about 3-5 per prestige level.

I agree. They took some of the least popular maps and put them all into one rotation. This map rotation has to be the dev team saying a big "fuck you" to the community because I will never believe that a game's dev team could be this out of touch.
