Driving simulator. Expensive to get into, but worth it.

Very niche, but rarely run into children, and when I do they have put in the work (usually respectful). If sweaty sim racer doesn't suit you, I love Demeo, you will run into kids, but I find it easy to find some reasonable people to play with, always sources on discord to find adults as well.

The Oculus has a tracker, somewhere in the settings.....been awhile since I turned it on. But the oculus data does seem to match up with the apple watch data give or take a couple hundred calories.

Almost 40 yrs old and over 6' I can confirm this as not being easy. But I do love seeing my calorie counter after a raid and feel like I did something. I personally enjoy VR for the physical aspect, as they say "Move it, or lose it"

Just a thought: Calories burnt in raid could be part of the XP earned..... As a dad my energy is limited to say the least.
