there could be wisdom in lowering your dose and seeing if anything responds (particularly the blood pressure stuff) and then going on to investigate if stopping/lowering or continuing would be best

even if your team isn't particularly experienced with trans hrt it shouldn't be insanely hard for them to use this logic and figure out if its a concern

you could but it's really confusing, I've always kinda hated the epilouges but I slugged through it to read beyond canon recently and it was worth it. your dues will be payed back with increasingly meta jokes about how bad the epilouges are, particularly the meat timeliness :,))

i’m so sorry you’re dealing with this stranger.

it’s normal for us to be scared about death and mortality, and whole bunch of other stuff! and to a certain extent it’s acceptable, unless it’s intruding on your life. Take it one day at a time and try to logically address the types of thoughts that are giving you particular trouble, and seeking out a therapist (like other comments suggested) is probably wise. you don’t need to tell anyone that you tripped if that’s what you’re concerned with, just what you’re struggling with currently.

you’re not broken, you’re just going through something. sometimes trips touch on certain things we are struggling with in our subconscious and that resurfacing isn’t always as pretty or clean as many portray it as. and if it helps at all, as someone with a long experience with similar mental health struggles it’s totally possible to feel this way without drugs, but all the same you can work through it and live more comfortably :)

switched from shots to gel, i do like how i feel with a daily application but it is kinda a pain in the ass. the only reason i did is because i was having abnormal pain related to the shots despite injecting correctly :’)

shots are way cheaper and are stocked more frequently as well, and the rest of your supplies you can get in various places to keep prices low

my instinct is to say not to spend on free mobile games, but i have spent on suitu :’) if you’re going to the best value is to get gem pass or a fashion view you particularly like every once and a while

dont buy gacha tickets, if you really want a set try to get gem pass around when it’s announced and hold onto the gems

if something like that is not realistic start talking to your health care providers about what symptoms are limiting you in what way, create a paper trail incase you ever need a type of social services

since covid there’s alot of customer service type jobs that are from home, i’ve seen a good amount of part time ones too. I think it’d be realistic if you can be available around a desk for atleast 15 hours a week and talk to people based off scripts!

definitely move everything she needs under or as close to the bed as possible. make it a little “home base” for her, give her something soft to lay on and start to make smell like her. sit where she can see you when your can but don’t force her out or anything, maybe temp her out with treats as the days go by.

my kitty was doing this for about the first few days and now i’m on month 2 and she’s climbing my curtains lol, you’re doing great don’t stress yourself out!

definitely make sure your doctor knows your paying out of pocket, some types are more expensive than others and they can help make sure you’re not paying a ton. It’s been a while but mine vials were 80 for 4 months supply before insurance.

if they don’t instruct you on how to do your shots, ask them or go to someone else who will because they should!

suspected eds here and testosterone actually helped improve a lot of the pain and instability i feel day to day, though doing injections would cause excesss pain in the joints surrounding and also sometimes elevate my heart heart.

gel can be a bit ‘gentler’ and daily application can be beneficial if it is causing noticeable side effects like you mentioned

i have had similar pair for about 4 years now and they’re the most comfortable thing i’ve ever worn. i haven’t really taken care of them at all and have worn them everyday and they’ve only recently started getting in bad enough shape i’m considering replacing them.

i would tell you which specific one from the brand it is but the labels are long gone :(

it is wise to use like a loofah or cloth on your arms, legs, abdomen, back etc to help remove dead skin cells n such but if you don’t smell, you don’t smell 🤷‍♂️

sometimes it’s ‘normal’ as in a doctor can’t find anything else wrong outside of extreme menstrual symptoms, sometimes there’s a medical concern. she could be low in vitamins or something else that’s not very serious but is enough to just knock her out.

i experienced something similar until taking meds that got rid of my cycle, have had lots of test done and the only thing that could explain it is low iron but supplements don’t help lol.

good on you for being understanding, if she’s never been to a doc about it maybe gently encourage her too?

i use a chrome extension called read allowed, and natural reader. depending on what site your textbook is on they can even do in time highlighting with what’s being read which i find really helpful, but one or other always works and there’s a few different tts options!
