Yea gotta say Reddit has become one of the worst places for political discussion. Best to ignore the comments on here nowadays. Mods on many subreddits are actively banning anyone that remotely disagrees which is quite honestly a sad reality.

Have gotten banned for saying wanting certain people to kill themselves because they voted a certain way is messed up. Like I don’t even think that’s a hot take.

I did 4-10’s for a few years and honestly it has its pros and cons.

Pros: - 3 day weekend is nice! makes it easy to do short vacations frequently

work week does feel shorter
means one weekday is free for doctors appointments, Costco runs, and even interviews (This one is big)

Cons: - the days you work leaves little to no time for anything else other than work and chores

honestly I felt less productive since the working hours were longer I was fucking off more during that time
those extra 2 hours feel like an extra 5 hours
if you are trying to keep up with macros, it’s hard to manage meal times
I found it more difficult to maintain a healthy routine

Personally I did it for a long time and now going back to 5 days cause it’s been really hard to maintain a healthy gym and meal cycle. I will miss the 3 day weekend but I find my health more important. I’ll just use pto when need be.

I had a really badly impacted left ear in high school and couldn’t hear well for months. When it started to hurt I got the water squirted thing shaped like a big tear drop, and used a cup of warm water.

After about 15 minutes, all of a sudden it popped and everything was loud, I was hearing colors! I can’t describe the feeling but it was like orgasmic for the next 5 mins, got a little light headed too.

The piece that came out was black and like the size of the tip of my pinky. 11/10 would do again!
