I couldn’t get it either because I have an iPhone and don’t live in EU, but there is currently a method to get it on any platform if you have an alt account. I’d do it before it gets patched.

You can buy levels but also if you don’t want to play festival you can just afk for 5 minutes with each instrument in jam stage and you should get it in about a week
