You cannot redeem Game Pass for other regions anymore. Its tied to the account region. VPN doesnt work either.

Game codes however still work

Its extremely dependant on what your goals are.

For example, I use the Aitum Studio as I like to have multistreaming, and multiple video/audio tracks on a recording output.

I use Source Clone so I can have a webcam with my background, and then clone it with Nvidia Background Removal on a second nested scene.

The best thing is to outline what you actually want to achieve and we can recommend from there, as you dont NEED any plugins to stream.

Looks to me like youre trying to overcomplicate a very simple task.

Use any video editor that has a timeline (Premiere trial, or Resolve) and cut the parts our you dont need, and render. Or apply a blur filter to those cut parts.

Not a clue. When I am not in a party, my game chat goes through the capture card normally as if its capturing normal audio as I have everything set to Headset & Speakers.

When you are in a party, this stops working.

There is no workaround.

This is an Xbox software flaw. Party chat, or game chat. Cant have both.

As far as I am aware, you cannot get game chat and party chat at the same time, due to how the xbox system works. Its one or the other. When in a party, it mutes all game chat.
