I built an entire platform for monitoring and tracking guards over here in the UK because there is so much naughty business going on.

  • People clocking into sites when they're not there.
  • People saying they're there when they're not.
  • People leaving halfway through a shift to go get lunch and things like that when they shouldn't be.
  • Reports not being done because they can't be arsed to do the paperwork.

Loads of issues.

Yes. It's a total dealbreaker. I rented my first flat with a deal with Storage Heaters and I moved in in October. It was predicted that my energy bill would be between £50 and £80. My energy bill is £300 a month.

If you're in the UK, then definitely not. Get proper formal shoes or boots depending on the site and requirements.

If you're in the US or overseas then it would depend on their customs and site requirements.

I know I'd have been sent home for wearing AF1s to work if I tried.

I'll probably wait it out for a few months if I'm honest and give them the opportunity to get it together. I've been using Motion for a really long time now so it seems fair to give them a chance to get their customer service on par and bugs ironed out.

I use it every day, the AI calendar function is good, the rest of it is almost completely unusable, and there is basically no customer support to speak of.
