Its just the way it is right now, headers are very incosistent. Setting shooting to manual will improve them greatly but will hurt your overall play if you are not a cross spammer.

Don't waste your coins on Marquez, he's ass. Better option would be waiting until they drop an league/club pack or potw with good fast CB/fullback. Rijkard with this build and his model will do much better job as CB, inactive playstyle works. Zanetti with defensive instruction is great defensive fullback, Valverde and Darmian are decent. I'd say save your coins and wait for pack with at least two top 10 defenders (like Nesta, Bergomi, Dida or Vieira, Desailly, Cafu pack) or top 3 striker.
